FAQs

We offer support for the PayPal Standard and PayPal checkout add-ons (by Gravity Forms). That said, please note that PayPal as a platform has become extremely difficult to work with for developers and the platform has numerous bugs and issues. Moreover, their focus on business customers has dropped considerably over the past few years. While we’ll do our best to offer support for PayPal, please know that we highly recommend using Stripe as an alternative.
We do offer limited support for Authorize.net. Basically, while you can use Gravity Press to register WordPress users for 1-time payments without an issue, recurring/subscription payments created using Gravity Forms + Authorize.net have some limitations in that they will look and act like 1-time payments in MemberPress instead of recurring transactions. The practical effect of this is that if a member wants to cancel/upgrade/downgrade their membership from within MemberPress using the Member Account/Portal page, they will not be able to. Instead, the site admin will need to handle all cancellations/upgrades/downgrades manually. This is due to the limitations related to Authorize.net and is outside of our control. If you need to be able to offer such account-management features to your members, we recommend using Stripe/PayPal and the Gravity Forms Stripe add-on.
Yes indeed. The setup that you’ll need for your Gravity Form is a bit different from the typical setup method. Here’s documentation on how to set that up.
Yes, we now support this add-on so that with a single purchase, your business customers can purchase multiple sub-accounts for their employees. Further, we even offer the ability for your customer to dynamically choose the number of sub-accounts they want to purchase in Gravity Forms, which will create that same number of available sub-accounts for that customer. You may check our documentation here for instructions.
