The Gravity Forms to Google drive integration plugin has an option to automatically deletes the file after it’s been uploaded to Google drive.
Unfortunately due to the limitations of Gravity Forms, files uploaded through a Gravity Form form are first stored in the WordPress uploads folder. As we are not the creators of Gravity Forms we don’t have the ability to override this function. However, we are planning to add a setting that will automatically delete the file to the uploads folder once it’s been submitted.
Yes. Using our Pro or Developer version to integrate Gravity Forms attachments to Google drive, you can set any text field in your form to be the field which the destination folder is named.
