Based upon the date you purchased the plugin, you are now past our 10 Day Evaluation Period, in which a refund may be requested for any reason, as per our Terms and Conditions which each customers agrees to upon purchase.
That said, you still have 30 days from date of purchase to have us help you with getting everything working with the plugin on our site. If we cannot help you get things configured and working on your site within 30 days of purchase (with reasonable cooperation on both sides) we will be happy to provide you a refund for your purchase.
